Designing how work happens.
augment.work is a design and technology studio founded by product designers and software engineers.
We've been designing and building software since 2010, creating websites, applications, platforms, and tools used by real people every day. Over time, our focus has moved toward one clear direction: improving how work operates inside modern teams and organizations.
Who we are
We work at the intersection of design, engineering, and systems thinking.
Our work often involves AI, but the goal is not to introduce more technology. It is to reduce friction, remove repetitive effort, and help teams focus on the decisions and work that actually matter.
What we believe
Work should feel lighter, clearer, and more intentional.
Technology should support how people already operate, not force them into rigid workflows. It should be practical, human-centered, and owned by the people who use it. No lock-in, no black boxes, no dependency on generic platforms.
Systems should belong to the teams that rely on them.
What we do
We design and build systems that improve how work happens.
Sometimes these become products. Focused tools shaped by real use and designed to stay simple and reliable over time.
Other times they are custom systems built with teams, grounded in real workflows, real data, and real operational needs. They integrate into existing environments and evolve as those environments change.
How we work
Every project begins with understanding how work actually happens. Not how it looks in documentation, but how teams operate day to day.
From there, we design solutions that are clear, usable, and grounded in reality. Then we build and integrate them into existing systems, making sure they support rather than disrupt.
As needs evolve, the systems evolve too. The work is never treated as finished, only as stable and improving.
Who we work with
We collaborate with teams that care about clarity, usefulness, and long-term thinking. People who want technology to be calm, reliable, and genuinely supportive of their work.
This often includes organizations in healthcare, professional services, operations, product teams, and leadership roles, where the cost of friction is high and the value of focus is even higher.
Products
Some of what we build becomes products.
